About me:
Located inside the beautifully-appointed Pleasant Touch Spa in historic Roosevelt Center, Greenbelt Om offers a full schedule of classes, to include several types of yoga. Come and enjoy classes every day. Choose classic Integral Hatha, Kripalu and Anusara-inspired, active Vishwayatan, prenatal and children's yoga, among others. Try related classes in dance and meditation, and sign up for workshops ranging from healthy cooking to healthy parenting.
It is our belief that there is a yoga practice that's uniquely right for everyone, and we offer a window to the wide world of possibilities in health for the body, the mind, and the soul.
