GreenGirls Productions is a company focused on fundraising events for eco-conscious causes that raise awareness through fashion, style, & entertainment.
Our mission is to revolutionize the definition of "Green" through the eyes of local LA designers who boldly answer the question "What do you wear when you're saving the world?" With style, versatility & sustainability, our goal is to show that being "Green" is cool, sexy & savvy and that giving back can be as easy as buying off the right rack. Like the "little black dress," GREEN should be more than just a trend, it should be a staple.
The spirit of the community's culture is central to Make It Right. "The heart and soul of New Orleans, specifically the people of the Lower 9th Ward, are paramount to this project," said Brad Pitt. "The words of one elderly man who is determined to return to New Orleans led to the name of our organization: he asked us, directly simply and profoundly, to help make it right. So that's what we're doing. We're going to help to make it right with 150, sustainable, affordable houses—houses that stand out for their design both aesthetically and structurally, so that these people can live in beautiful safe structures that respect their spirit and provide a good quality of life.”

Planting trees will stop erosion, contradict climate changes and also support poor farmers becoming independent, as well as raise funds for school building in Africa. We do not believe in just charity, but we do believe strongly in "self-help" and will support poor people in Africa based on principles of profitability. This way they can be self-sustained and able to work themselves out of poverty. We are doing this through treeplanting, agriculture and education.
