Green Light Blues! began in 2005 when four friends decided to form a blues rock band for the 2005 SN&R Jammies. Their early shows were characterized by the unbridled energy of their bassist Nick Peterson, the raw licks of Joe Grijalva, and the steady groove of Nick Rieger (guitar) and Patrick Sweeney (drums) rounding out the rest of the sound. Over time the band involved in both sound and membership, with the loss of the Nicks and the addition of Scott Donahue on drums (pat went to bass) and Ryan Meinders on second guitar. The new additions brought the band to a new level as Donahue injected pure energy into the group . Mr. Meinders also added a new dimension of musicality to the band. Not limited to rhythm playing, Ryan has proven to be an outstanding soloist and song writer. The group suffered a slight setback at the loss of Scott, but quickly recovered with the addition of Matt. A capable groove-master, Matt can handle anything the other guys through at him, from Rock to Reggae. The latest addition to the band is Levi Saelua on Saxophone, and allow me to assure you, this man can play! With a full lineup the guys are working on secure more gigs, writing new material, recording an album, and above all rocking out and having fun!

Ever wondered what to do in the event of a nuclear threat?
A while ago I came across some stuff that inspired me to make this film:
Living Under the Shadow of the Nuclear Umbrella
Both artistic (ensure you get the background music!) and educational, it primarily comprises official British government civil defence advice.
Though source materials are quite aged, the fundamentals are still relevant today.
