Green Man RPG Camps's Interests
|
| Heroes | When you arrive at the camp you will get to create your character. For this you choose from 4 races (Human, Elf, Orc and The Hoard) and 4 Classes (Druid, Rouge, Mage and a Warrior). HUMANS: Humans are the youngest of all the races, but they are still the most widely spread. They have the widest range of skills of all the races and can adapt quickly. They are naturally ambitious and power hungry, and more focused on politics than the other races. ELVES: Elves are an ancient and wise people. They where the first of the races still alive to settle on the world, and they have the longest lives. Elves are one with nature, and because of this they have an understanding of it's magic that a human never could. Elves make excellent druids and mages, but even elven warriors have the ability to heal. They are also known for there love of art and culture. ORCS: The orcs are a fearsome people, who tend to be aggressive and easy to anger. They are powerful, hardy warriors who are feared by many. They are not, however, known for there thinking and tend to be less intelligent than other races. THE HOARD: The hoard is a collection of "monsters" and "freaks" who band together because they are different. Although they are "monsters" they are not necessarily violent and brutish, some are soft, peace loving creatures. |

About me:
This year we will be hosting the Green Man RPG Camp, the newest edition to the Rainbow 2000 family.
Take on the role of a hero, created by you from a choice of 4 races and classes, and enter an exiting world of sword and sorcery, in a time of ancient gods and fearsome monsters.
Collect experience points to gain levels and develop your character’s skills in a series of training workshops including; bush craft, swordplay, archery, blacksmithing, herbal healing, rune reading, shamanism and much more.
Also take part in events such as live role-playing games and scenarios (including a battle), a D&D campaign, a druid ceremony, a sweat lodge, a hog roast feast and celebration on the last night, a masked ball and much more.
Our facilities include an inn (where food will be served and live music, poetry and stories will be performed by our bards), a hospital, shower and sorner facilities and a kids area for the little ones.
The camp will be split into two main areas; the in character field, where people should be in the role of there chosen character at all times, and the camping and relaxing area where people can choose to be out of character.
Green Man RPG camp is a fun and educational experience for people of all ages, although people under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
