We would be honored to hear what you think of our tunes. We hope you dig. And as always, they are free for download.

Sustainable goals for government? I'm always in on that issue. I have an env. group here in VB and one of our goals is moving the Hampton Roads cities to accept sustainable policies on the books. You can check it out at www. meetup. com, search "environment" in the 23451 zip code and the group should come up with me as the organizer. You can see files uploaded including our may newsletter. I would love to profile you in an issue.
Great to hear from you!

Thanks for the add. We are both Virginia builders in search of a better way. My focus currently,as a non-profit organization,Dream Home Foundation, Inc., is in the multi-family housing market for seniors, handicapped and lower income tenants, as well as "work force" housing. Yes You Can Investments Inc. d/b/a Show Dog Properties continues to be a rehabber, wholesaler and flipper of single family residential properties in Virginia and southern West Virginia. We do "rent-to-own" to mortgage loan for folks that would not qualify for conventional financing.

I look forward to sharing information.

Sooooo...you need post holes dug do ya.

Well we just did 27 post holes for a retaining wall and fence combo...then when finished with this wall and fence we will be excavating for better drainage and another retaining wall on the north side of the house about 100 ft long and 3 feet high. If you would like we can drive all the way up to dig post holes and you can drive all the way down to play with the skid steer ;0).

Hope the work on the land goes well!

Peace

Yours is a wonderful and informative site. I'm so glad I found it. I'm really looking forward to tracking the progress of both houses. Great, great, great stuff. There is no reason affordable housing can't go green, too!!

Are you watching the WWF of debates? The GOP N.H.Debate?? I think Fred Thompson just body-slammed Ron Paul on the ground...and then Randy Savage came out of no where and said, "SNAPINTOASLIMJIM!".

It's awesome.
