February:
After about a month of going back and forth with these songs, The I Love Steve Jobs ep is finished. What it is, to make things a bit more clear, is experimenting with Apple Loops in Garage Band. Arranging certain ones and just having fun with it. Each song is named using qoutes from Steve Jobs, taken from iquotes. The outcome is 8 songs that collectively come out to just under an 11 minutes. Listen, listen some more, then make you own. Chances are I'll be making a few more, just so I can use a few more of the quotes I would have really loved to put to use this time around. Hey, there's always Garage Band '09, right? Also, if you're really interested, watch this documentary on the history of Apple, it's pretty amazing, in my opinion.

Myspace may tell you it's a reported phishing link, but that's a lie.
The songs in the player got a little messed up in the move from one site to the next, the first song is now third, so that's kind of a bum out. If anyone would like the e.p., message me and I'll send you a download link.
Track Listing:
01. The problem with Microsoft is they have no taste. They have no taste and I don't mean that in a small way, I mean that in a big way.
02. You can't connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards.
03. I didn't see it then, but it turned out that getting fired from Apple was the best thing that could have ever happened to me.
04. Pretty much Apple and Dell are the only ones in this industry making money. They make it by being Wal-Mart. We make it by innovation.
05. Interlude [I wish him [Bill Gates] the best, I really do. I just think him and Microsoft are a bit narrow. He'd be a broader guy if he had dropped acid once or gone off to an ashram when he was younger]
06. If, for some reason, we make some big mistake and IBM wins, my personal feeling is that we are going to enter a computer dark ages for about twenty years.
07. We think basically you watch television to turn your brain off, and you work on your computer when you want to turn your brain on.
08. We used to dream about this stuff. Now, we get to build it. It's pretty great.
Listen with headphones.

January:
New e.p. in the works.
So I'm working on a new grouping of songs, titled The I Love Steve Jobs e.p..
It's going to be made using nothing but Apple Loops. So really, I'm not making anything, just arranging.
That takes some kind of talent right?
I'm looking at making Ten songs, and I'm at something like Six or Seven in so far. So really, not a legit e.p.
Here's a preview for anyone who's interested:
The problem with Microsoft is they have no taste. They have no taste and I don't mean that in a small way, I mean that in a big way.
Also. I'm getting rid of the myspace player. That shit's janky and hardly ever works. I'll be using a different one from now on, so not only will there be a more dependable player, but there'll also be more songs up. Yay for anyone that actually listens.
Until then, enjoy the song, and hopefully look forward to a new group of stuff.

2008:
Writers block. Be back I don't know when.
2005:
green says go is something to pass the time. shotty equipment, cheap mics, and outdated recording programs are really the only thing holding everything together.
looping short, simple tunes and adding more things onto it with every pass, most songs come together easily.
thanks for listening.
hey i'm doing good. cant complain. though the weather's driving me crazy. grey sky and fizzy rain all day long. i'm lacking elpasoarian sunshine. :) besides that... i'm doing my drivers licens and school and still holding on to future plans. my enthusiasm in this point is probably never gonna change ;) how about you? what are you enjoying, besides probably not having to freeze when wearing two layers of sweaters, a coat, gloves, scarf and -unfotunately- chucks! to stand the cold. ;)
haha, i knew you were gonna write back ;) i actually watched waking life the other day. it's really like the most awesome movie everrr!! annd we came to the conclusion that the whole movie does not really make sence... maybe it's not even supposed to make sence so that the people just keep on thinking about it.. haha whatever. take care Jose laterss
Thanks man. I like that song too. I like that song by Cute is What We aim For about the "devil on my shoulder and whats a crush to do" or whatever. I've been wanting to record more but I have absolutely no time and now Im going to Brasil tomorrow. So yeah. But, when i get back the recording is on.
