Green Street Fair, an event that was founded to help educate and inform people of all ages about the benefits of green, organic, and eco-friendly products and services, will return to the streets of Downtown Plymouth on May 1, 2 and 3, 2009. Attendees will be encouraged to learn the advantages of taking strides, large or small, towards living a healthier and greener life. To promote global interest and personal well-being, the 2008 Green Street Fair reached out to approximately 90,000 "Green Curious" consumers by fusing companies, non-profit organizations, artists, entertainers, and speakers together for a family-friendly event held in the heart of downtown Plymouth.
The Ecology Center is holding the 5th Annual 'Dance for the Earth' benefit concert and Earth Day costume party, and we are in need of unique art, handcrafted items, gift certificates, and other items for the silent auction.
