Greg Carroll is one of today's most unconventionally inspiring characters. His approach to business, spirituality, relationships and self-realization can only be described as intuitively derived. His ability to truly listen to what people say, and do not say allows him to give honest feedback and ultimately lead his students toward their dreams. It's no accident that Greg is now one of the most interesting and influential life coaches today.
Greg's journey began in a picturesque suburb of San Francisco in the late 1970's. He was bitten by the skateboarding bug at the age of six, but didn't get his hands on one until he had saved enough money two years later. He dreamed of becoming a professional skateboarder and practiced every chance he had. As the years passed his love for the sport turned into "a full blown, uncontrollable passion that has never stopped". Greg's dreams of going pro were well on their way to becoming a reality at the young age of 16 when the infamous San Francisco skateboard shop, FTC offered him is first sponsorship deal and a spot on their amateur team. The FTC team proved to be a great windfall for the shop and for Greg; winning high- profile contests and launching a career that would soon take Greg around the world and back.
In 1986 Greg began honing his skills at a place that become known as a skateboarding Mecca: Embarcadero Plaza, San Francisco. The Embarcadero became home to many of today's top professional skaters and drew crowds of thousands of spectators from around the world. The sponsorship offers began to pour in. That's when Greg realized the importance of learning more about the business of skateboarding. His interest in taking on more responsibility was noticed and he was offered a team management position at Venture Trucks that allowed him to travel the world; gaining even more knowledge about the industry and life in general. As a team manager he was responsible for the careers of up-and-coming talent and became fully aware of his knack for motivating and inspiring others. At the age of 18 Greg was offered ownership in a company called Think Skateboards. He was still able to continue his team management roll for Venture Trucks, find time for skating, designing new products and developing the careers of other skaters due to his innate ability to manage his time. He had to learn for himself how to successfully run every aspect of a profitable business, and then put it into action. His hard work and passion for the business started to pay off when Think clothing crossed over into the mainstream market and was embraced by such musicians, artists and actors worldwide.
In 2002 Greg made the difficult decision to resign from all of his positions in the skateboarding industry. He took a much needed two-month hiatus from the industry to reassess what he really wanted accomplish in his life. After finding peace within himself he decided to return to the world of skateboarding; this time to take on the task of general manager of Girl Skateboards. He made the leap in part because his brother Mike (whom by this time had found extreme success as a professional skateboarder) had asked him to take on the project. While working at Girl for three years Greg was able to assist the company in reaching new fiscal heights. During this time Greg rediscovered his passion for both business management and life coaching.
In 2006 Greg integrated his business management and life coaching abilities and formed several different companies. Today Greg is the co-founder of CWS Management Group, which owns and manages several skateboard and life style brands. In December of 2006 Greg met with Keven Stirdivant to create P.E.A.C.E. Academy. Because of his success in business, and dynamic personality, Greg continues to attract the media attention of the skateboarding industry.
Greg’s passion for helping others achieve success in their lives is what inspires him to lead by example. His calm and confident demeanor, combined with the many years of experience, make him one of today's most valuable voices for positive change.

Beyond the Indigo Children and the Coming of the Fifth World by P. M. H. Atwater.
http://www.cinemind.com/atwater/c5pe.html
In the book, Dr. Atwater illuminates the talents and weaknesses of these brilliant and irreverent kids born since around 1982. She explores the relationship of the new children to the prophecies in the Mayan calendar and other traditions, providing extensive background information about the seven root races, and the great shifting of consciousness already underway. She reveals the connection of the seven root races to the seven chakras, and how the fifth chakra – the chakra of will power - will refine itself in the human family as the new children grow to maturity. She also discusses the phenomenon of soaring intelligence and undeveloped potential, and provides concrete guidance and tools for those who seek to understand and help the new children achieve their full potential.
that combines objective research with mystical revelation and prophecy. The year 2012 is approaching and these children are in the process of raising the consciousness of the world!

RELAX!!!!!! It might look like a long read but I guarantee you it is worth it!!
I am tool sent to this planet to share my being with everyone so that we can all live a more peaceful abundant life while saving the planet. My main purpose in life is to assist the universe and everything in it in generating WORLD PEACE in my life time.
There is that old saying "Never judge a book by it's cover." Well that saying fits me perfect. Some people have told me that the first time they were introduced to me they thought that I was arrogant and that they thought I was stuck up because I wasn’t very talkative and kept to myself. Then after they got to know me a little more they realized that I don't just talk to hear myself. I am the kind of person that likes to sit back and listen to the people I meet and observe how they act and what their personalities are like before I open up to them. I don’t feel the need to hype myself up to anyone or get into their conversations just because I feel like I need fit into their life style. If I am interested in what they are talking about I will join in and if not I will just sit back and listen, but hopefully they have something to say that I can learn about.
I am secure with who I am and what I believe in and I am willing to share it with people. I am intuitive and sensitive as well as keenly aware of the feelings and beliefs of others. I like people and I’m courteous and kind to all of them as well as the animals, the downtrodden and the disadvantaged of the world. I keenly understand the correlation between money, water and emotions, they all flow. I have the proverbial sixth sense when it comes to business dealings and personal relationships, instinctually knowing the right time to act and when to not act. I tend to be secretive about my business dealings before their launch. When they are launched I love to share them with the masses.
I also tend to be secretive about my personal inner feelings and relationships knowing that their is a time and a place for everything and everyone. My intuition and knowledge have a propensity to create legends in my business life and to generate great friends in my personal life. I also have a real knack for having artistic creativity, sharing positive Life management skills, expressing compassion toward others, being a contribution to the masses and business organization. I mentally have become very comfortable with the paths I chose to take in my life. I believe in charity and will use much of the money I make to help others make it also. In doing so the money that is generated will not be used for only material wealth but as a contribution to others lives so they too can live a life of prosperity and abundance. Although I may appear outwardly dynamic and strong to some that was not always the case. It has taken considerable amount of inner work to take that once shy introverted child and turn him into a confidant fully functioning adult. I have conquered some of my worst fears and now I can do anything my heart, mind and spirit desire. I know how to be a leader from this process, walk among leaders and to help create leaders so that we can be leaders together. Emotionally I’m very sensitive and sometimes may be moody or temperamental when I see or feel others doing harm to each other and mother earth. I could take action quite easily when provoked and those around me know I am loyal and will never do them wrong. Romantically I am warm, cuddly, kind and generous with my one and only sweetheart and mate. I can weather the ups and downs that every relationship has without having very many enemies even after the relationships have somewhat fallen apart. I have am very passionate and affectionate and I need a highly passionate and affectionate person as a mate. I am loyal, honest and standup for what I believe in but humble in the way I present my beliefs. I will always put myself in the other person’s position when it comes to a disagreement. I don’t put up with immature games people play and liars. My time is very valuable to me and I use it wisely. You can ask around and they will all tell you the story that they perceive of me but you can always read this book/me for yourself. We all have a past, some of us learn from it, some of us move on from it, some of us are held back by it, some of us are made strong from it, some of us are made weak from it and some of us carry it around with us all our lives and some of us can embrace it and let go of what does not serve us. ******** The only limitations upon you are those which are self-imposed. People must confront themselves and say, "I am a leader..." "I am strong, healthy, and a genius..." "I am a leader with a strong set of values that I always live up to..." "I have integrity..." "I am in tune with myself and the world around me..." "I am manifesting my destiny..." "I decide my fate; I create my luck. I have taken control, I live in the present time, I will be, do and have everything my heart desires. I am AWAKE!!!, I AM LOVE!!!!

This was written in 1968 but it sure does relate to what we are dealing with this day and age.
On the Mindless Menace of Violence
City Club of Cleveland, Cleveland, Ohio
April 5, 1968
This is a time of shame and sorrow. It is not a day for politics. I have saved this one opportunity, my only event of today, to speak briefly to you about the mindless menace of violence in America which again stains our land and every one of our lives.
It is not the concern of any one race. The victims of the violence are black and white, rich and poor, young and old, famous and unknown. They are, most important of all, human beings whom other human beings loved and needed. No one - no matter where he lives or what he does - can be certain who will suffer from some senseless act of bloodshed. And yet it goes on and on and on in this country of ours.
Why? What has violence ever accomplished? What has it ever created? No martyr's cause has ever been stilled by an assassin's bullet.
No wrongs have ever been righted by riots and civil disorders. A sniper is only a coward, not a hero; and an uncontrolled, uncontrollable mob is only the voice of madness, not the voice of reason.
Whenever any American's life is taken by another American unnecessarily - whether it is done in the name of the law or in the defiance of the law, by one man or a gang, in cold blood or in passion, in an attack of violence or in response to violence - whenever we tear at the fabric of the life which another man has painfully and clumsily woven for himself and his children, the whole nation is degraded.
"Among free men," said Abraham Lincoln, "there can be no successful appeal from the ballot to the bullet; and those who take such appeal are sure to lose their cause and pay the costs."
Yet we seemingly tolerate a rising level of violence that ignores our common humanity and our claims to civilization alike. We calmly accept newspaper reports of civilian slaughter in far-off lands. We glorify killing on movie and television screens and call it entertainment. We make it easy for men of all shades of sanity to acquire whatever weapons and ammunition they desire.
Too often we honor swagger and bluster and wielders of force; too often we excuse those who are willing to build their own lives on the shattered dreams of others. Some Americans who preach non-violence abroad fail to practice it here at home. Some who accuse others of inciting riots have by their own conduct invited them.
Some look for scapegoats, others look for conspiracies, but this much is clear: violence breeds violence, repression brings retaliation, and only a cleansing of our whole society can remove this sickness from our soul.
For there is another kind of violence, slower but just as deadly destructive as the shot or the bomb in the night. This is the violence of institutions; indifference and inaction and slow decay. This is the violence that afflicts the poor, that poisons relations between men because their skin has different colors. This is the slow destruction of a child by hunger, and schools without books and homes without heat in the winter.
This is the breaking of a man's spirit by denying him the chance to stand as a father and as a man among other men. And this too afflicts us all.
I have not come here to propose a set of specific remedies nor is there a single set. For a broad and adequate outline we know what must be done. When you teach a man to hate and fear his brother, when you teach that he is a lesser man because of his color or his beliefs or the policies he pursues, when you teach that those who differ from you threaten your freedom or your job or your family, then you also learn to confront others not as fellow citizens but as enemies, to be met not with cooperation but with conquest; to be subjugated and mastered.
We learn, at the last, to look at our brothers as aliens, men with whom we share a city, but not a community; men bound to us in common dwelling, but not in common effort. We learn to share only a common fear, only a common desire to retreat from each other, only a common impulse to meet disagreement with force. For all this, there are no final answers.
Yet we know what we must do. It is to achieve true justice among our fellow citizens. The question is not what programs we should seek to enact. The question is whether we can find in our own midst and in our own hearts that leadership of humane purpose that will recognize the terrible truths of our existence.
We must admit the vanity of our false distinctions among men and learn to find our own advancement in the search for the advancement of others. We must admit in ourselves that our own children's future cannot be built on the misfortunes of others. We must recognize that this short life can neither be ennobled or enriched by hatred or revenge.
Our lives on this planet are too short and the work to be done too great to let this spirit flourish any longer in our land. Of course we cannot vanquish it with a program, nor with a resolution.
But we can perhaps remember, if only for a time, that those who live with us are our brothers, that they share with us the same short moment of life; that they seek, as do we, nothing but the chance to live out their lives in purpose and in happiness, winning what satisfaction and fulfillment they can.
Surely, this bond of common faith, this bond of common goal, can begin to teach us something. Surely, we can learn, at least, to look at those around us as fellow men, and surely we can begin to work a little harder to bind up the wounds among us and to become in our own hearts brothers and countrymen once again.

Many thanks for the add. Hope you enjoy the music and message behind it. My mission in life is to fight Human trafficking...understanding the individual pain of others is sometimes to painful for an other individual to touch and that is frightening ... what i mean is that someone whose life is not traumatized and brutalized as a regular sequence of every day events unconsciously seeks the camouflage and shelter of apathy and banality from the reality of such devastating anguish and terror ...but the spirit of young people who are used as sex slaves in the systematized global industry of human trafficking is now reaching out to the human fellowship in hope and desperation and through technology ...
it is scary when humanity turns a blind eye to this horror ...its like ignoring genocide whilst it is happening ...
what i am asking is that if you hear the cry of these young people who are existing in an environment of torture and brutality each and every day that you then please do not turn away from them ...
please reach deeply into your heart and soul and join a movement that challenges modern slavery in the 21st century ...
Thank you for the gift of your friendship, may our music fill you with good feelings, peace, happiness and help to bring abundance of all your hearts desires. Sending love and infinite blessings of joy. Love Bart & Jody KOSMIC EVOLUTION
Beethoven - The world's greatest Classical musician Was Black.
In the 15th and 16th century, written history under went a massive campaign of misinformation and lies. With the European slave trade in full swing, Black people were transported to various parts of the world and were stripped of every aspect of their humanity, and in western civilization Black people were no longer considered human. This triggered a false interpretation of history that excluded Black people from any respectful mention, other than a legacy of slavery. Historical information tends to flow strictly from a European perspective.
In an age where history is seriously being rewritten, new information is coming forth that is shocking intellectual sensitivities. What specifically is being referenced, is the true identity of Ludwig van Beethoven, considered Europe’s greatest classical music composer. Directly, Beethoven was a black man. Specifically, his mother was a Moor, that group of Africans who conquered parts of Europe, making Spain their capital for some 800 years. In order to make such a substantial statement, presentation of verifiable evidence is compulsory. Let's start with what some of Beethoven's contemporaries and biographers say about his appearance. Frau Fisher, a close friend of Beethoven, described him with “blackish-brown complexion.” Frederick Hertz, German anthropologist, used these terms to describe him: “Negroid traits, dark skin, flat, thick nose.” Emil Ludwig, in his book “Beethoven,” says: “His face reveals no trace of the German. He was so dark that people dubbed him Black Spaniard. Fanny Giannatasio del Rio, in her book “An Unrequited Love” wrote “His somewhat flat broad nose and rather wide mouth, his small piercing eyes and swarthy [dark] complexion, gave him a strong resemblance to a mulatto.”
We have all been fed false information for reasons previously
Years ago I recognized my kinship with all living things, and I made up my mind that I was not one bit better than the meanest on the earth. I said then and I say now, that while there is a lower class, I am in it; while there is a criminal element, I am of it; while there is a soul in prison, I am not free.
