Yes ... I love music. Everything about it ... I suppose it all started back in 1983 when I got Foreigner 4. I was a juke box hero, seriously. That quickly changed into a love for all things rock. Quiet Riot, Motley Crue, Iron Maiden, AC/DC ... then all of a sudden Metallica hit the scene and I started getting into Anthrax, Slayer, M.O.D./S.O.D., Suicidal Tendencies, Sepultura, Pantera ... oh, those were the 80's.

And so it was that I discovered the classical guitar and college turned me on to other, broader musical horizons. The 90's brought grunge and jammin' ... I got into Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Mother Love Bone and many others. Then it started ... 1993 ... I got into the Allman Brothers Band, and it was, as they say, all over. I found my calling! Still love all the early stuff, but my soul for the next 12 years would lie with blues based rock and roll. Ultimately, I found Gov't Mule and they've since ruled my CD player for 14 years. I'm still a humongous Mule-head, but my musical prowess has taken me to greater levels.

Now, I'm doin' a new thing with my best bud Wes Pitzer, Joe Rosenthal and the ever clever Alex Maples. We're called The Killhawks and we have a damned good time making music for everyone! Lest we forget my other band buds, Peter & Jeremy, and we call it M E S C A L E R O...
