legalizing it, i think, would fix most of the problems...it would present illegal growers with too much competition and they would have to find other ways to siphon money out of the thirsty veins of Americas drug users
land lords know that they can charge a grower nearly twice the price of normal renting rates and the growers will gladly pay...consequently this makes the rent prices of all the surrounding houses spike as well, it causes rapid inflation in the market, and working class people cant keep up. this will soon lead to the demise of arcata...home owners will creat an uprising, the law will crack down on growers and drive them out of arcata, all the houses that they occupied will be unsalvageable... leaving arcata just another delapidated pile of bones along the highway.......too bad too sad
