25. Hot Lips Houlihan (MASH) - Invented the term HateFuck
24. Ed Norton (Honeymooners) - The most quoted dumbass of all time, pre-Homer.
23. Janice (Sopranos) - Finally an accurate portrayal of women?
22 Shane Vendrell (The Shield) - Great foil for Vic Mackey on the best 1HR show on TV.
21 Doug Ross (ER) - Training for millions of men on how women want to be treated by handsome doctors.
20 Winnie Cooper (Wonder Years) - not just cuz I know her (or want to hit it), a gasp for all teenage boys whenever she appeared

About me: Yes Yes Y'all.
I am the creator and producer of the Slamdance Horror Screenplay Series, which was announced by Cheri Wozniak of Maverick Red and I at Slamdance this past January. We're making the scariest, bloodies and most fun horror movies with Slamdance, from their wildly popular script competition. First in line is Slaughter, from Bobby Darby and Nathan Brookes. More details to come.
Also premiering in Park City, at Sundance, was a movie on which I worked as a production executive - ten commandments’ sendup, The Ten, with my friends at City Lights. The Ten stars, in no particular order, Jessica Alba, Paul Rudd, Winona Ryder, Oliver Platt, Liev Schreiver, Adam Brody, Justin Theroux, Rob Corrdry, Famke Janssen and Gretchen Mol, among others. It’ll hit theatres, hard, this summer. Its being distributed by ThinkFilm, the distributor that brought you the Academy Award nominated Half Nelson this part year.
Just wrapped as Co-Exec. Producer on Harold, starring Nicki Blonski (Hairspray), Cuba Gooding, Rachel Dratch, Ally Sheedy, and in the title role, Spencer Breslin. Also with City Lights, it will be doing festivals, 08.
In post-production on Hot Baby, from writer/director Jeff Roenning, winding down from our August 06 shoot, producing with the great John Gallagher (my biz partner in my company, Angel Baby Entertainment) in and around the questionable state of NJ (more or less).
Wrapping up distribution with Alumination Filmworks on The Insurgents, starring John Shea, Henry Simmons, Juliette Marquis, Michael Mosley, and Mary Stuart Masterson, Scott Dacko's meditative poli-thriller dealing with terrorism in and within modern America, post-9/11. The Insurgents made its international premiere at the Oldenburg film festival, in Olderburg Germany, winning the Audience Award for Best Feature Film. It also just took the Best Screenwriting Award at the Palm Beach International Film Festival, its second win in two festivals. It has the Montreal Film Festival, the Edmonton Film Festival, the Seoul Film Festival and NY Anthology New Directors Film Series at Anthology Film Archives upcoming, before a November theatrical release.
Also, recently released on DVD (May 29th), having played the Cannes Film Market, following its 19 city theatrical run, and coming off our big win of the Grand Jury Prize for Best Picture at the HBO-sponsored American Black Film Festival, (as well as wins at the Harlem International Film Festival (Best Picture, Best Actor and Best Actress, and a Best Actress Award at the African American Women In Cinema Film Festival), is my production of Academy Award-nominee Anthony Lover's My Brother, starring Vanessa Williams, Tatum O'Neal and Fredro Starr. Check out the website, www.mybrotherthemovie.com, and make sure to check out the trailer and behind-the-scenes documentary. Visit us here on MySpace.
I've also produced a documentary about India, Harsh Beauty, and a narrative feature, Take the Bridge, and my company, Angel Baby Entertainment, also produced Angel Baby Partner John Andrew Gallagher's hilarious seventh feature film, Cupidity and a TV pilot, Acting Class.
Harsh Beauty is about the eunuchs of India, received a bunch of grants, and has begun its festival run with Woodstock, SouthAsian Film Festival, and OutFest. The score was done by Karsh Kale.
Another movie I produced is Sergio Castilla's film, Take the Bridge (premiering this spring at the Tribeca film festival). Sergio is a veteran director with two prior features at Sundance, Te Amo (Made in Chile) and The Girl in the Watermelon. Take the Bridge is the story of four young people who meet in the hospital after attempting suicide, and surviving, on a single day.
Cupidity, the latest and seventh feature from John Gallagher, premiered at the New York International Independent Film and Video Festival, and was nominated for eight awards. It won three, including the Audience Award for Best Feature, Best Actress (Michele Coniglio) and Best Supporting Actor (Jared Miller). It also won the Best Actor Award for lead James Gilmartin at the Queens International Film Festival.
John Gallagher, is a director/producer/writer of films such as Blue Moon (with Ben Gazzara, Zach Braff, Burt Young and Rita Moreno), and The Deli (with Michael Imperioli, Chris Noth, Gretchen Mol, Ice T, Iman, Jerry Stiller and more). Add him, you'll find him in my best friends.
Also, if you are a budding filmmaker, or an established one who just made a great short film that you want to have seen in the world capital of independent film, New York City, make sure to check out my festvial page for the film festival i started, the NYC PictureStart Film Festival - or click the logo for the Festival below.
I started it in NYC for the best short films from around the world, and from the top film schools in NYC (Columbia, NYU, SVA and more). Since then we've gotten films from top filmmakers like David Koepp (writer of Jurassic Park, Spider Man and War of the Worlds, Directed Secret Window with Johnny Depp), Henry Selick (Nightmare Before Xmas) and John Badham (War Games, Saturday Nite Fever), with talent like Tom Hanks.
Who I'd like to meet: You (maybe).
Filmmakers - if you found me from an interest in film, make sure to check out my festival page for the film festival i started, the NYC Picture Start Film Festival - or click the logo for the Festival below.
