One Second 2 Late, The New Cities, Fall From Grace, Turn It Up, Treble Charger, No Warning, Sum 41, Hedley, Surplus Sons, Threat Signal, Iggy Pop, Ludacris
Canadian musician/producer/songwriter GREIG NORI was already basking in the knowledge that HEDLEY's new album, Famous Last Words had its first two singles, "For The Nights I Can't Remember" and "Never Too Late" - both of which were co-written by Nori - go to 1 on Canadian radio. Nori also produced the whole album. But on June 15th, Nori shared the band's excitement at the MuchMusic Video Awards as Hedley won four out of six of the categories in which they were nominated, making them the leader at this year's awards. Nori's songwriting and producing prowess helped them earn Best Video, Best Cinematography and Best Director for "For the Nights I Can't Remember," and a MuchLOUD award for Best Rock Video for "She's So Sorry."
Greig Nori has solidly established himself as a singer, songwriter, producer, manager and president of his own company, Bunk Rock Entertainment. As a founding member of platinum-selling rock band TREBLE CHARGER, Nori and his bandmates were at the forefront of the indie rock scene in the mid-'90s, with 5 gold- and platinum-selling albums, several Top Ten singles, and relentless touring. In their travels, Nori came across a young band named SUM 41, and took them under his wing, producing and managing the band through 4-time platinum Canadian sales and over 5 million albums sold worldwide.
Also known as Capital G, Nori has produced or co-written songs and albums for bands like Iggy Pop, Ludacris, No Warning, Threat Signal, One Second 2 Late and The New Cities. But it was Hedley's and Nori's song "For The Nights I Can't Remember" that secured the 1 Overall Audience rating at radio in Canada this year, which means it was the most heard song in the country at one point.
Nori has enjoyed some stunning accolades recently from his work with Hedley, and he has just signed a deal with COALITION MANAGEMENT to represent him as a producer. Coalition is proud to add Greig Nori to its roster of producers and artists, which includes Simple Plan, Finger Eleven, Our Lady Peace, Justin Nozuka, Arnold Lanni and Neverending White Lights.
