nothing a lil' Ambien couldn't cure! without it, I'd be toast (no butter). i push my body to extremes every morning and my reward is steamed spinach, whole grains and tuna out of the can and if that nasty lil bitch called depression starts rearing it's head throughout the day i grab a couple 50lb. weights and smash them through the bitter cloud of undeniable darkness while feeding my muscles so they'll never be sore again. the only joy i feel is seeing my blood pressure drop to normal levels and recognizing definition in my neck and shoulders. rinse and repeat until the sun goes down and the bitch wont get out of my head no matter what i do. that's when i pop that pill, turn off the lights and enter no-dream zone. thats sober life for ya!
