Holy freaking crap!! Not only did I love the video - I freaking worked out to it on first viewing it just now!!!!!! I got hypnotized by the whiteness? the song? the impromptu motivations?? "Everybody's got a little soul in their hips!!" .. Does she mean like rhythm or another spirit/ being?? I hope I don't have the latter although I can't say I was in control of my Boogie Body below the waist..
