Dans un petit village portuaire, Gaogao fait la rencontre d'un jeune DJ qui contrairement au reste de la population, refuse les nouvelles tendances musicales que l'on tente de lui imposer. Alors qu'à l'autre bout de la ville, un DJ sans scrupule fait son arrivée dans le port. Une animation fait maison, humoristique, sur le monde musical d'aujourd'hui.
