GRINDHOUSE are a Punk Rock band from Amersham , Buckinghamshire who take big influence from 80’s hair metal and 80’s Hardcore Punk, aswell as new School punk such as Ghost Of a Thousand and The Bronx. They take huge pride in their “Glam Punk” songs (being very difficult to fuse such different genres successfully)and their well known stage prescence and style. Playing frequent, passionate and unforgettable shows all over the UK has given the band a decent platform to start progressing further into the music scene, whilst still staying true to their style and sound. ....................................................... "In an era of bands jumping on the latest fad bandwagon to get ahead quickly in the popularity stakes its extremely refreshing to see a new young band come out who are doing their own thing, no matter what the scene or fashion. GRINDHOUSE take Rock sensibilities of the 70's and 80's, Grunge distortion of the 90's and the Punk attitude of many of today's bands to create something quite different. Their live set makes you sit up and take notice and on record they've already created the memorable "Kicking and Screaming" on just their first EP.
