Qualifications:
Must be between the ages of 18-22 and reliable
Must have own drum equipment.
Must have own transportation
Has to be able to make it to practice at least 3 times a week (we mostly practice at night)
Has to be able to play any show and go on tour
Has to contribute to the band in all aspects
