TAKING PICTURES (I don't call it photography cause I just point and shoot):
GENEOLOGY:
The photo above is my great great grandfather who was a Texas Ranger during the Civil War period . I have another great grandfather who rode the Chislom Trail and great great grandparents who ran a ferry and a Stage Coach Inn. My ancestors came to Texas with the impresarios when Texas was still part of Mexico OR after Texas became a Republic.
I've found in my research that I'm (distantly) related to some famous and infamous people, like Stephen F Austin, Thomas Jefferson, Robert E Lee, Lana Turner and Lizzie Bordon.
HISTORY:
History kind of ties in with some of my other intersts.
WATCHING "AMERICA's TEAM":
Music
I grew up on rock and roll and I still have relapses of Beatlemania.
I also like Country music, my favorites are still Willie and Waylon. I like just about any kind of music but I mainly listen to Tejano music.
This is the video that made me fall in love with La Mafia

My favorite up and coming band, if you haven't seen these guys, you really need to check them out.
I have many other favotites, too many to list

About me: The slideshow below is from La Mafia's 12-14-2007 performance at Club Kaoba in Dallas
What can I say, I just so VERY proud of "my boyz"
I joined "My Space" over a year ago mainly just to check out InZendio's space, and for the longest time Inzendio and Tom were my only friends. Anyway, now that I'm here I figure this is another way to keep up with what is going on in the Tejano scene.
