"We're metal with a groove. Y'know, like Pantera and White Zombie". AAARRGH! I was tired of hearing that same description OVER AND OVER AND OVER again from bands in our local scene! I WANTED SPEED! NOT GROOVE! F**K GROOVE! I realized that if I wanted to hear the music that I wanted to hear, I was going to have to pick up a guitar my DAMN self and start writing some shit! What did I want to hear? Fast, angry, heavy, threath metal, but also at the same time, something catchy. For me, it doesn't have to be complicated with finger cramping arpeggios and aeolian modes to be good. If there is a good song in the riffs and lyrics, that's what counts. I'm not much into technical stuff with an abundance of tempo changes and a gillion riffs like Meshuggah (I hate them) or Suffocation (don't like them much either). I make intense music that will make people mosh and go crazy. I used to go to shows and have to put up with some bitchy frontman complaining "C'mon mosh! Get in that pit! C'mon!" Believe me I wanted to mosh, but they weren't giving me much to mosh to! I don't get into the groove parts, the slow parts, or those god awful go nowhere open chord breakdowns that EVERY metalcore band and almost EVERY band that I've seen at OzzFest delights in doing, because I hate that shit from the bottom of my blackened soul and I'm left dumb-founded when I see everybody rockin' out to THOSE parts of the songs! SPEED! SPEED! AND NOTHING BUT SPEED! WE ARE ULTRATHRASH AND WE BRING IT DAMMIT! I know there's a vast majority of people out there who are too timid to let the intensity take over and that what we crank out isn't for everybody--especially the weak, but for all you who are as fed up as I am and are looking for some high-speed thrash/ death sonic fury, come check us out because we don't and we won't fail to deliver! 'Til Next We Thrash, this is Adrian the Death Metal Overlord aka Aggro Kilgore saying to all you who love extreme music to support your local extreme metal scene--it keeps us strong!
ULTRATHRASH (Looking for shows)'s Friend Space (Top 23)
Hey I heard of you guys from some metal night at the gay ass Euclid a few years ago. I wanted to ask Adrian if you we're at the Megadeth show last Saturday, I thought I seen you on the upper balcony. I was pretty sure it was you when I saw the Ultrathrash t-shirt.

Awesome time yesterday guys! Newer material sounds very promising! I'm really glad you still got to play despite the power outage. You guys are definately the best "Power" Metal band in the state haha! We'll have to do some more shows for sure! -Jim
