Reading lots, eating, listening to Radio 4 (I like Book at Bedtime), trying to remember why I live in Aberdeen, Rome, complaining, loitering in bookshops and cafes, loudly singing (that's a split infinitive) traditional scottish songs, playing on the internet, pretending I have a home office and lining up my pens and stapler and sellotape.

Manu Chao; Carmen Consoli; Idlewild; Morrissey; Jack Johnson
Movies
Amelie; Roman Holiday; A Room With A View; The Big Sleep; The Godfather; Jason and the Argonauts

Disillusioned with MySpace? Aw come on! Just because you've no friends....
Seriously though, Facebook is the site to be disillusioned by. There's plenty of music still knocking around these parts...and they don't try and tell all your pals you've personally recommended it if you so much as look at it.
My fellow Amazing Bastard, Steven, has sent me various medical articles his doctor missus has found on the dangers of colonic irrigation. He's slightly dampened my morale with tales of heart failure and colostomy bags...
Ritchie was showing Tam Limmy's website and Poppy was secretly watching. And now she is obsessed with Limmy. oh dear.
When Ritchie was at her house the other day she insisted on him having a straw with his juice and said 'you can have a blue one, like when Limmy gets that birthday card from Blue' ha ha ha ha ha. And she's started saying 'aye' all the time. Jeez.
