The Groove Grinders have been a working band since the beginning – they got their first paying gig the weekend they met. The last two years’ gigs include repeat engagements at Mulhearn's at the Eldorado, Mully’s Pub, The Village Pub, Downstairs On Lonsdale, Marine Pub, Jaguar’s Pub and the Fairview Pub. They played Killarney Hall, the New Westminster Curling Club, and have appeared at the New Westminster’s Columbia Street Show & Shine in 2005 and 2006, where some 70,000 people attend annually.
