groovelastig* ::(adj) kunstformen, welche sich den > groove zueigengemacht haben; es genügt das rhythm. Moment zum Selbstzweck.
groovelastig* ::(electro for real) christian dopp und roland nebe (beide *1984) arbeiten bereits seit 1995 gemeinsam in bands und musikprojekten, seit 2001 unter dem alias groovelastig.
musikalisch macht sich das duo zur aufgabe, elektronik mit einem breit gefächerten live-instrumentarium (gitarre, kontrabass, vocals, percussion) zu organischen, club-orientierten tracks zu verschmelzen.
2007 erarbeiteten groovelastig im rahmen des poetry-slam-projekts connect 2007 live-tracks für autoren, tänzer und vj's aus deutschland, polen, österreich, italien, belgien, den niederlanden und der türkei.
2008 produzierte das duo tracks für ein krimi-hörbuch, setzte autorenlesungen musikalisch in szene und spielte dj/live-sets u.a. als support für die human-beatbox-crew bauchklang.
groovelastig sind resident dj's des u20-poetry-slams 'zwischenruf' im zakk, düsseldorf.
