Visionary music producer, Gerald McCauley and vocalist, Val Watson reunite to form Groove Metropolis. Previous collaborations produced Watson's URBAL and LIVE AT THE FUNK LOUNGE projects.

"Normally, I'm behind-the-scenes producing. Now, in Groove Metropolis I am out front, singing and playing with Val. We went into the studio and had big fun! We collaborated with BiggJohn, Chuckii Booker & Boy-Russ, Alex Al, Ricky Lawson, Frank Fontaine, X-Man and Cornelius Mims to enhance our core sound. We call our musicians "Mu-citizens." Our Friends are called "Metropians." Groove Metropolis is heavily Influenced by an '80's Vibe, but, with a modern twist." - explains McCauley.
