The North Shore native band Groove (aka Groove Therapy) will be performing on Wednesday Nov. 25 at Latitude 43 in Gloucester. The band currently has a new 7-song limited edition CD of original music for purchase and will be playing select tracks off the disc along with their eclectic mix of funky rock and alternative/ska covers.
Led by guitarist/singer Mark Pelosi, the album features local talent's like drummer/vocalist Dennis Monagle, bassist Chris Padre, Jeff Arnold on guitar/vocals, singer Brian O'Connor and Mike Lindberg on saxophone. Production engineers on the release are local musician's Bradley Royds and Scott Rodgers. The disc showcases the band's good time party vibe with it's hybrid mix of rock & ska. Groove is looking forward to it's annual Thanksgiving-eve party on Wednesday Nov. 25. This year the band will be performing at Latitude 43 for a change.
