Music
Musically, anything from acid rock to Bulgarian folk music. From symphony orchestra to disco, from jazz to African boogie. Do not dig much on rap, pure country, or any type of thrash metal tunage. BUT there are exceptions, such as bluegrass, some head banger stuff...some techno as well.
I was just old enough to have been there when the Partridge family was on T.V. How could one not love that psychedelic bus! I was about as young as the youngest member of the band (the little girl) I was also old enough to have had a crush on Susan Dey...and still do! Corny, perhaps, but the music reminds me of a simpler (albiet naive) time..."The mellow 70's" to coin a collegec term, was true enough, as compared to what has become of musical/social trends today...I sorely miss those times. And now, it is time for the groovy gosple tune...
Pretty Things...that's the name of the band...I just discovered them via youtube. Fascinating that I do not recall ever hearing about this exceptionally groovy band. So groovy, in fact, that when I viewed the video "LSD" below, I figured it to be a modern band mimicing acid rock of the 1960's. I thought, "No, that's too good for me to have never heard before." That tune would have played on oldies rock stations for decades (probably did in England, where I'm sure the band hit the charts). Wow, what a discovery to find that Pretty Things escaped my ears (so eager to hear original 60's pshychedelic music) for all these years. Check it:
at gun-point, perhaps, I'd watch yee old tubage. Actually, I do delve into educational programing, from time to time, the news, etc...not much else, though.
Books
I read some of them...a sucker for the classics.
Heroes
Do you mean other than the standard: Gandhi, Jesus, Mother Theresa, Mother Earth/Gaya, Buddha, and Leo Tolstoy? Sofia, because she's the mother of Bulgaria.
Sofia!
XZanthia, because she has an art commune and goes the distance in experimental filmmaking.

I endevour to make art house films of a cinematic, explosive and inspirational nature. A positive but groovy message is the goal. This approach often takes audience through a rather dark tunnle before showing them the light. The darker the film, the more we appreciate the light...in theory, anyway. I feel groovy. Goodbye.
HUMANOIDS TO HARMONIZE WITH. I appreciate sincere communication. I'll likely not be too responsive unless you make an attempt to leave a message. I'd rather have a few close friends (Internet or otherwise) than a near countless array of friends that I've never even corresponded with. So, please be real...really groovy. Peace, John.
if you are ever wondering what to wear or how to impress, please take a que from this lovely lead singer. his shoes are exemplary.. and the ending of tis video should show you that leaping atop and from towering amps is truely the way to a girl's heart.. screw the choclates and flowers.. this, is the way to go.... all heh way! Miss you, are you ever coming to Bouldertown? ever? dew
Thank you for having me at this wonderful showing of something everyone worked very hard on. I absolutely love the film (in full, and yes, I can say that now). It shows a vast improvement from the first screening downstairs at the Regent Theater. I am very, very impressed with the music, with the colours of the movie and the emotion that shined through. I found myself laughing and at the end, crying a little. It looked as if the film had been over-saturated, which I absolutely loved. The colours looked dream-like. Was this a change that occured or am I seeing something different than what originally was shown? Great work and kudos to you and Zee. If yo uguys need some web/graphic help in the near future, let me know and I'd be glad to help you both out with posters, website, flash presentation, etc.
During this 1st Fri art-walk, some film clips of "Devil's Eye" & "Reel-illusionary Zone", both of which I have acted in, will be screened at Phenom Creative, on the South-East side of 8th Ave and Sante Fe, South Denver. Hey wait... aren't you supposed to be there also?
Can't wait for this Thursday. Should be a great time. I am very curious to see the final cut. Anything you guys need help with (i.e props, photos, etc)? I am out at 5 on Thursday so I should make it to Mass on time, if not early. !YAYAYYYYYY
