Well... I'm an extraordinary girl, obsessed with music since early childhood... My first piano attempts took place at 3 years old - I played by ear. During kindergarten times I was composing my own simple tunes and performing in front of people;) At 5 I started sttending to a music primary school. Piano, synthesisers, guitar, flute - there were some instruments I touched and learned at a time... But my craze has always been singing.
My early idols were 4 Non Blondes, rock n' roll masters including Chuck Berry, Chubby Checker, Bill Haley, The Beatles and Michael Jackson - after having discovered "Dangerous" at 6 years old I decided I would be a performing vocalist. ;)
That's the beginning of my history. In between my childhood and now many events have occured that changed my perspective and gave me a chance to try something I hadn't known before, turning out in an unexpected way. Vocal bands, rock bands, jazz (many workshops, including Chodziez:), gospel, musical theatre shows, choirs, background vocals, some dancing activities, occasional film appearance, singing in plays like "Romeo and Juliet" by Shakespeare... I'd like to do many things at once!
Finally, I decided to apply for jazz and popular music course at the Academy of Music in my home town, Gdansk. That was something I had always wanted to do. I've been singing some soul, jazz and blues songs, as well as musical theatre, funk and fusion stuff during my concertos... I am still flexible. I'm searching for my way. I express myself in several styles. I think the next will be a capella or fusion... I play kazoo too... Sky is the limit.
If you have any musical proposition or a project that we could accomplish together, don't hestitate to ask me.:)
Besides music my hobbies include: travelling, learning world cultures and languages, photography, interesting books, acting, XX-century art, my hula-hoop, good films, some philosophy, water sports for recreation and bike-riding. That all inspires me, as well as people do.
My motto: “You are never gonna survive unless you get a little crazy” (Seal).
[These are the beginnings of my music fascination...]

Now for some REAL oldies! These short films were made by George Melies in the 1890's and early 1900's. They are not only some of the earliest films ever made, but they include the first use of special effects in film, particularly stop-motion, which Melies invented. The color is original, hand painted on every frame of the celluloid. Enjoy!
