Dallas, TX has been known for producing some of the best Hard Rock bands for several Decades. A point not to overlook when Ground hit’s the stage. Ground consists of some of Dallas ,TX most well known and respected musicians . Combining radio ready rock, hard as nails riffs, and double entendre lyrics, Ground Has made their presence known on the local scene for several years. Beginning in 2007 Ground’s first single “I’ll fall again” was picked to be the lead song in the independent film “Bubbas Chili Parlor” which played to packed theaters in London and received rave reviews on the Horror circuit. In 2008, Ground began heavy rotation with several songs from their independent release “Feeding the Sharks” on 88.9 ketr fm with the singles “feeding the sharks”, “The stain”, and “scarred for life” . Since then, Ground has continued to do what it does best. Play live. Over the top performances have made Ground a band that is talked about after every show. Beginning in 2009, Ground wanted to give something back. The members of Ground all share a common belief in helping the armed forces. After playing the Plano Balloon Festival in late 2008, a relationship was formed with the founders of Operation troop Aid. Ground Has committed themselves to Donating 50% of their performance fees to the foundation through 2010 as well as accepting donations on their behalf. In 2010, Ground shows no signs of slowing down or going away.
