Remember when you were a kid, and like you could say anything as an insult and really insult someone. Like the other day I tried it as an "adult" and I told this guy who was very angry about something I did apparently while driving, and I said, whatever, you are just a big fat stupiddumb, stupiddumb. It didn't work like it use to. Then again, I could play Red Rover back then too...
