The band formed at the end of 2006 in a vastly different line-up to the one performing now (at one point there were two guitarists and Dr.A moved to the drums). Starting out as a blues-rock outfit, it soon became something different. With a name chosen 1) for it's slang meaning and 2) for it's 2-syllable abruptness, The band decided to aim for a dirtier, heavier sound and to play some covers that we'd not heard people play (Sabbath Bloody Sabbath, The One, Screamager) and others that we'd do our own way (Turning Japanese, Paint It Black).
Not ones to bo things the easy way, we forge on, confounding new listeners by doing odd things like seguing from Pink Floyd into the Ramones and mixing up Blondie and Black Sabbath tracks into something new and weird and strangely satisfying.
The set list is evolving all the time and we hope you manage to catch us live, and when you do, tell your friends, family, neighbours and enemies what a startlingly good outfit we are. We hope to see you soon.
