We are Grupo Pagán, a Latin American pop, rock, and jazz band based in Syracuse, New York, USA. The group is produced by Jimmy Haslip, bass player of The Yellowjackets and is led by Edgar Pagan, vocals and bass, with Kenny Budd on guitar, Frank Neubert on drums, Bill DiCosimo keyboards and Josh Dekaney on percussion.
Grupo Pagán is enjoying the release of Save the World the band's first release. The album features 14 original tracks with guests including saxophonist Eric Marienthal, reed man Katisse Buckingham, percussionist Emedin Rivera, bassist Jimmy Haslip, and the South African duet Mikanic.
Grupo Pagán performs regularly in the Syracuse and Rochester areas and can be seen this summer at some great festival stages in the region.
