To say that Music has been a part of George Stager’s life is an Understatement. Piano’s and note pads alike create his blend of music, coming from the deep undertones of life. ‘It’s about living each day, finding something new, and meeting different people…it’s what shapes us as individuals.”
His life is an open book, or as he likes to call it, “An open song waiting to be written.”
Over the years George has had the pleasure of working with such talented Musicians as Kenny Olson (www.kennyolson.com), formerly a member and lead guitarist for Kid Rock’s Twisted Brown Tucker Band and good friend; Marissa Autumn of Detroit, and Featured RockMeTV.com artist Colee Stalone from New York City.
“Performing is the best thing ever invented! It shows the world who you are in the most intimate art form.” Not only has Michigan been able to see George in action, but New York City, The Bahamas, Florida, Virginia, and Chicago have also seen his amazing stage presence.
Giving back to the community is very important to George which is why he performs at multiple charity events and venues whenever he gets the chance. Super Bowl XL was in town and Stager was asked to perform at Somerset Collection for the "Super Bowl Supper" along side some of Detroit's very own Lions who were in on all the action.
George also had the privilege of performing at Jay-Z's Teen People Party in New York City in June of 2005.
Always looking to the future, George has put his producing skills to the test and has written and produced future pop songs for multiple artists in the Metro Detroit Area.
With his play by ear piano abilities, and musical talents, there looks to be no end in sight!
