German Stampede Wrestling ist seit über sechs Jahren eine der wichtigsten Wrestling-Promotions in Deutschland. Mit einer Mischung aus europäischen Profis, talentierten Aufsteigern und namhaften Gaststars konnte sich die GSW einen sehr guten Ruf erarbeiten.
Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Independent-Promotions setzt German Stampede Wrestling nicht nur auf "nacktes" Wrestling, sondern auf stimmiges Sports-Entertainment, das die Zuschauer mit der perfekten Mischung aus Sport und Unterhaltung begeistert. Bekannt wurde die GSW vor allem durch die "Night in Motion" Serie im Sauerland, die mittlerweile in der Waggonhalle Marburg fortgesetzt wird, und durch International Impact - die "WrestleMania" der GSW. Superstars wie Bret "The Hitman" Hart, Mick Foley, Christian Cage, Jeff Jarrett, "The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels, Steve Corino, Marty Jannetty, Jerry Lynn, Kid Kash, Zach Gowen, A.J. Styles, Chris Sabin, Alex Shelley, Frankie "Kaz" Kazarian, Sonjay Dutt, Nora Greenwald (Molly Holly), April Hunter, Lovely Lacey, Allison Danger, Harry Smith, Roderick Strong, Bryan Danielson, Colt Cabana, Nigel McGuinness, "MDogg20" Matt Cross und viele mehr gaben sich bereits die Ehre bei German Stampede Wrestling.
