About G-Ta [Sound-Factory Productions]

Born in Ludhiana [Punjab], Maninder moved to Al Ain [UAE] in 2005. Also known as “G-Ta”, the name given by his friends in the school, he started mixing on his computer at the age of 16. Highly influenced by the artists like Tigerstyle, Panjabi MC, Bally Sagoo, Sukhshinder Shinda and many more, he started distributing his recordings to his friends in the school and around his area. This was highly appreciated!...

During that time he listened to a lot of Kuldeep Manak, Chamkila, Surinder Shinda & Mohd. Saddiq songs and at the same time he also listened to some Hip-Hop, Drum & Bass stuff...

After his high school G-Ta moved to his family in Al Ain where he was introduced to some better stuff. After practicing day and night, he also released an underground album called “The MixMaster” in 2007 which was a big hit!...

G-Ta has now hooked up with Barinder Rai to produce some serious tunes! The next album will be featuring G-Ta & Barinder Rai on the beats... So Be Prepared!
