About me:
We are the GTA Rollergirls an all women's roller derby league in Toronto.
We are always looking for new skaters, refs, volunteers and trainers.
• You must be at least 18 yrs old (minimum).
• All skating levels are welcome!
• No prior experience is required (NO TRYOUTS)!
TRAINING PRINCIPALS:
• Functional exercises to reduce injury.
• Provide variations and modifications to adapt to individual goals or needs.
• Build on stability, strength, endurance while teaching the methodology for specific movements.
• Nutritional counselling is available to meet optimum activity level.
• You will be taught the game and scrimmaging right away in a safe controlled environment.
COST & ACCOUNTABLITY:
• We are a not-for-profit league so expenses are equally distributed between its members to cover basic operating costs.
• Low monthly fees and no hidden costs.
• Full disclosure to all members such as providing receipts and breakdown of the full amount.
• A group insurance is also required (goes towards venue liability and some personal insurance).
• Players are responsible for skates and safety gear.

Who I'd like to meet: Roller girls all over the world!
we just wanted to thank you for adding us as friends, we are a new band from Birmingham and are working on material as we speak. The songs we are due to record over the next few weeks are bangin!!
