Frank Navarro alias “Mister G” nació y fue criado en New York, de padre Boricua y madre Costarricense el se crió en las calles neoyorquinas. Siempre desde pequeño “G” le fascinaba la música, inclusive le gustaba cambiarle la letra a canciones que sonaban en la radio de New York. En 1990 fue enviado a Costa Rica ya que iba por malos caminos y sus padres creían que era la mejor decisión en ese momento. “G” se acostumbro poco a poco a Costa Rica y siguió su gran afición a la música participando en festivales de canto colegiales y locales ayudándole a ganar trofeos y reconocimiento. En 1995 “G” conoce otros 3 amigos (Roba, Paco, y Huba) quien compartían pasión por la música igual que el. Ellos deciden unir fuerzas y nace “Ragga by Roots”. Cada miembro agregando su propio estilo de musical, donde “Mister G” le agregaba un toque hip hop new yorquino muy particular a la agrupación.
En 1996 después de ganar reconocimiento por el publico costarricense, le llego la oportunidad a “Ragga by roots” de grabar un sencillo llamado “ jump to the sound”. Este tema rápidamente subió las listas de popularidad y se coloco en primeros lugares en solamente 15 días de haber salido. Inmediatamente fueron firmados a Discograma y grabaron su primer cd “ education fa ya ear”. Después de solo un año su cd ya había vendido doble oro y doble platino lo que los estableció como uno de los mejores y además les consiguió que la disquera Polygram les ofreciera distribución en usa. Ragga by roots tuvo la oportunidad de abrir shows para artistas como Beenieman, Los Pericos, Ricardo Arjona, Proyecto Uno, Los Ilegales, y Kabah entre otros.
En 1999 aunque lanzan su segundo cd, Ragga by Roots decide poner fin y separarse. “G” ya había obtenido admiración y respeto de muchos del ambiente musical urbano, tal que conoce al productor/rapero DJ Gee (Gerson Salgado Salazar) del también desaparecido grupo “B.O.C”. Gerson le propone a Mister g hacer una compilación de artistas reggae y hip hop llamada leyenda urbana y además trabajar un proyecto solo. En septiembre 2001 Mister g decide regresar a su natal New York para trabajar con DJ Gee en su cd como solista. Estos trabajan y desarrollan una química de trabajo excelente pero en Nov 2 del 2003 ocurre un fatal acontecimiento cuando DJ Gee fallece por un ataque del Corazón, Mister g sufre una gran depresión por la muerte de su mejor amigo Gerson.
En enero G es localizado por “paco” desde California el cual le propone seguir su proyecto. “G” hace varios viajes a California a preparar y grabar temas junto a paco.
Con un estilo bilingüe de rapear particular y único “G” regresa a Costa rica a cumplir un sueño que tenia con el fallecido DJ Gee de montar una disquera para producir talento local e internacional. La disquera llamada “Double G Records” en honor a su mejor amigo presenta su primer proyecto como solista Gtermis. Apadrinado de varios productores de California nos presentan un material que recorre desde hiphop y reggaeton, en su mayoría español con el estilo spanglish bilingüe que caracteriza a “G”. Grandes cosas hay por esperar este ano de este muchacho Mister G, también conocido como “G”-Termis. El primer sencillo, un reggaeton muy latino se titula “Sedúceme” y ya se encuentra en todas las emisoras nacionales.

Biography
Frank Navarro also known as G-termis a.k.a.Mister G was born in New York City august 18 1976. From a Puerto Rican father and Costa Rican mother he was raised in Spanish Harlem, NYC east 106th street. As a kid “G” loved to change the lyrics to songs he would hear on the radio. In 1990 “G’s” parents decide to send there only born to Costa Rica to get him away from the New York streets which at that point was the best decision. “G” attended an all Spanish speaking high school, where he learned and perfected his Spanish. As the years went by his love for music and talent grew as he began to participate in school festivals, concerts, and other activities which helped him gain recognition with the Costa Rican public. At the end of 1994 “G” had grown close with other friends who had the same hunger. G, Roba and Huba had grown close and gained great musical chemistry, At the beginning of 1995 they met Paco and form Ragga by Roots. Each member adding there own unique style, where “G” gave it his particular catchy spanglish New York hip hop flow. Ragga by Roots received an opportunuity to record there first studio single called “jump to the sound”. This song quickly climbed the Costa Rican charts to number one spots within only 2 weeks. They were immediately signed to a local record label called discograma. Where they recorded there first cd called “Education fa ya ear”. With five number one hit singles Ragga by Roots gains double platinum and double gold sales for there album in Costa Rica what established them as the all time selling Costa Rican group of all time and also got them a US distribution deal with Mercury/Polygram. Ragga by Roots has the opportunity to open for many international artists like Beenieman, Los Pericos, Ricardo Arjona, Proyecto Uno, Los Ilegales, y Kabah. They gained many national prizes like revelation group of the year, and top video of the year, In 1999 they launch there second album “the rest is meaningless” even though there 2nd cd created a great buzz and had great on air rotation, because of internal differences Ragga by Roots reaches its end. “G” having met and gained a lot of recognition from different artists, caught the eye of producer/rapper Dj gee who offered “G” participation in a compilation cd of Latin American hip hop called Leyenda Urbana. After keeping tight contact with DJ Gee, September 11th 2001 G-termis decides to return to New York, where he begins to work his solo album under the production of DJ Gee. After gaining great chemistry in producing tracks together theres a tragedy. Dj Gee suffers a heart attack and dies.”G-termis” is hit with a large depression which moves away from the music biz. In January “G” is contacted by old time Ragga by roots member “paco” who convinces him and offers to produce some more tracks , After a couple of trips to Cali and the production of 5 new tracks. “G” returns to Costa Rica to follow thru on a dream he had with DJ Gee to setup a Costa Rican record label called “Double G”. , “G” meets up with “Benroy” aka biggs ,biz investor/ old time friend. After a couple of meetings between the two, Big B and Double G unite forces. With an hip hop Vision, financial backing, and a love for music these two start producing new tracks to fit the market. With a total of 22 tracks and years of work Big B and Double G present to you “G”- termis , “El porvenir de los desamparados”.
