Dave Astaire is musician from Adelaide South Australia. Dave is a vego, ex landscape / gardener whos main passion is music which he has done pretty much all his life. At an early age he started out playing keyboards then at 13 started playing guitar, soon he was playing in local bands including; original rock bands Dorian Gray & Banshi.
Then in a change of direction he formed soul & R.B. band The Tramps who played at the Adelaide Festival Fringe. He played lead guitar on Peter Chants album 'I close my eyes' which went top 30 in 1992. Dave aslo played in Beyond Salvation an Angels cover band.
Currently Dave is producing solo and combined projects using computer technology and real music to create a mix of rock, pop, & dance.

The question should be, what is Burn'Collect?
Burn Collect is an outlet for four individual souls who have bonded together to create an energy and a force in the form of a musical being as honest and as powerful as the place it comes from.
To Burn'Collect is to destroy negativity with a positive energy.
Even if that positive energy may sometimes be viewed as agressive it only serves as a means to destroy agression not promote it.
Doing what you want and believing what you want as long as it brings no harm to others, dancing to your own beat but welcoming others to it, that is to Burn'Collect.
So if you are somebody that knows how to get your demons out in a positive way and knows how to rock hard, come and release them at one of our shows.

Had a great day & saw Nana off without any hitches...exccept for me as I nearly had to strip naked in the middle of the airport as I have some metal like grafts in 1 knee and it kept setting off the scanner!!!
