Though separated by miles of highways and interstates, distance can't keep the members of Give to the Winds from pursuing their desire. With almost every member hailing from a different city (and some from different states) it takes long hours of travel just to bring these musicians together. Yet no matter the separation, the motive and drive for creating music has led to this collaboration. Give to the Winds is here to bring music back to what it's really about; Passion. Passion to make the music that they believe in, instead of worrying only about fulfilling the current fashion or fad that the scene projects. Wasting no time with a summer 2009 tour line-up for their first ever performances, GTTW has since worked on pushing their songwriting, and after hitting the studio with All Poetic Audio they are ready to release first full length album in the summer of 2010. "Undismayed" ranges in a variety of styles, with something for everyone to incite their passion for music. Accompanying the new album will be new tours, new shows, with a new flavor than before, and full of new music to showcase Give to the Winds' direction in the hardcore metal genre.
