GT-Zero started out as a fist full of solo recordings and material from original member and creator Gatcho. A friend and former band mate, Garry Davies, then jumped on board as a guitarist. After discussing doing some stuff together another friend and former band mate, Tom Hatton, joined as the original bassist.
By this time GT-Zero was becoming more than just a bunch of recordings and Gatcho's brother Dave then joined, replacing Tom as the bassist and Tom becoming the 2nd Guitarist.
After having a few technical duties with the drum machine on our 1st gig, we decided to try an acoustic drummer. So we called on another friend and old band mate, Hally.
After having a jam, we realised the acoustic drums fitted very well and we later asked Hally to join as a full time member.
£leTriKa sounds completely different from any Metal band you have ever heard. The Brazilian rhythms and the Portuguese language added to the songs makes its style unique, giving birth to a new kind of Metal. If you are really looking for something new about Metal, you should check £leTriKa out!
