Life is to short to sit around feeling bad. T I remember being 15 and hearing people saying that life is short and thinking they were full of it. Because when you're 15 it seems like you have forever and you never think about your mortality. Then when your ancient like I am now you look back and wonder how you got this old all of a sudden. LIfe is good! I've been with my gorgeous wife for over 20 years and she's my best friend. Im not just saying that, she is. There is no other person in the world I would rather spend my time with. I am very lucky. Yeah, I know, you think Im just writing that because I know she'll read this....well yeah, but I really do mean it. We've got 4 great kids and two grand daughters. There I go bein old again! I'm a grand pa? That's so weird. They call me Paw Paw instead. I'm just so Not the grand pa type...nooooooo not yet! Is this too long??? I've been rambling on...got to go for now.

  • Music

    Classic Rock but really just about any kind of music except for opera. Led Zepplin, Pink Floyd, Spin Doctors, Ozzie are among a few of my favs. Been playing piano since I was 6 and I could have made a carreer out of it, but the 70's and 80's were hard on my brain, so nothing ever came of it. Its just a fun hobby now. Nice escape to sit down and play once in a while. I play some guitar too. My son has been playing for a few years now and sometimes we get together and jam. Him on the guitar, me on the keyboard. Reminds me of back in the day when I played in a couple of garage bands.

  • Movies

    I like most kinds of movies except the ones that are made to scare the crap out of you. I don't like feeling that way. I understand the adrenelin (theres no spell check on here) rush you get and watching because it is exciting. I'd just rather watch something that makes me laugh or think.

  • Television

    Ummm I think I watch too much TV. That 70's Show and Law and Order. Law and Order is addicting! CSI, Weeds, Fraiser, Jack Ass, Anything with Ozzie in it, Howie Do it, I Get That Alot, Survivor, Big Brother, House, Grey's Anatomy, Boston Legal, Dateline NBC,

  • Books

    I really can't remember the last time I actually read a book. The computer takes up the time I would use to read. I enjoy reading and I do think it is an excellent excersise to keep your brain in shape. I've heard it is very important at my age and beyond to make sure you keep doing things that keep making you use your brain. You have to stay active thinking and I think reading is probably one thing that would be good for that. So I guess reading would be a good thing for me to start doing once in awhile.

  • Heroes

    One of my favorite shows is heroes. I don't know that I've ever thought seriously about who my heroes are. What does that really mean? Is it people who have influenced me in a positive way? Or is it people who have done things that I believe are good and right that have affected me or someone or something else. I really don't know. Well, YOU Know who you are. Maybe I should look it up on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heroes Woooa..that was confusing. Did you click that link for wikipedia. Ok, so now who are my heroes. I just don't get it.
