It's super cool! We've been travelling all over Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia & Thailand for 3 months now. Heading back to Eastbourne (the centre of the universe) in a few weeks. Hopefully, when i get a job, i'll be able to start lessons again when you have a spot free. Have you heard Tom is opening a studio in town??
Hey Mike, thanks for the add! I'm in an internet cafe in Thailand watching your vids! Say hi to Chrissie for me...Well hey pretty mama you got me singing the blues....
You'll be taking over the whole Internet soon with myspace/youtube Mike! Much respect to the man with the magic fingers & more importantly, magic way of explaining music to all & sundry :-)
Busy, vusy. I have just doen a couple of sound enginieering gigs yoday - one more to orrow and then out to the Barbican for the Incredible String Band evening.
The band has just lost its drummer though so we are looking for a new one. We are using the Jefferson Starship drummer for the next show.
Hiya Mike, things are exciting and hectic right now. Tom Askaroff, myself and Davie Langham are now directors of a brand new company opening soon in Eastbourne. CMP Studios Ltd will be open hopefully late August. A great Recording Studio, Rehearsal facilities and Music School offering private tuition all under one roof.
Hey Hey Mr McMike. Sorry to say it but no, still not in a band. and my playing seems to be suffering lately due to lack of time and inspiration. i am sure it will come back soon, it usually does. hows your band going, got any new cd's yet?
Thanks Mike, funnily enough, only yesterday a work colleague was telling me her husband plays a bit of guitar and is needing lessons, i'll pass on your number! Cheers, martin.
