GuitarGirls.com was founded in March of 2000 by Dean Markley, SPG Guitars and Goodsell Amps endorsed singer/songwriter/guitarist, Lynn Carey Saylor, in an effort to showcase and promote the music of her talented female artist peers she has discovered on the Internet alongside her own music. GuitarGirls.com is always a upper 1st page search result in the world's most popular search engine (Google) for the keywords "Female Guitarists."

We are currently accepting new "GuitarGirls" and their music. If you are a female singer/songwriter/guitarist or female instrumental guitarist and you are interested in becoming affiliated with the site, please email the URL to what you feel is your best song to guitargirlsubmissions@gmail.com Due to the large amount of emails we get, we'll only be contacting those artists back whom we feel would be a good fit for our site. We look for well-recorded music, quality vocals and engaging songwriting in ALL genres, as well as compelling guitar instrumental pieces featuring a female guitarist. We DO welcome myspace adds of anyone, however - male or female, music artists and non-music artists alike.

Martin.  He has just released a solo album to excellent reviews. CD Baby 
describe the album as, "A bass guitar oriented fusion, crossover, progressive 
instrumental album featuring a mishmash of genres, time changes and mood 
swings with a loose Sci-Fi B-Movie feel - more musical journey than virtuoso

Hey everyone!!!

I host an open mic night, for acoustic performers, every Sunday night at Area 7 Music & Ale (formerly Duck Soup), on Powerline Rd. in Oakland pk. just South of Commercial Blvd.

I will be singing my songs, and hope to have some more musicians show up!!
So, it would be great if you can make it out tonight, and by all means spread the word!!
I've been hosting these shows for the past month now, and I really need to get more performers out there!!!
sign-in for performers starts at 8:30 pm, the show goes till about 1am.

Also, as an added incentive, it's ITB (In The Biz) night, so anyone who works in the restaurant/bar biz gets in free (its $5 cover at door), and they get to drink 2-4-1 drinks all night!!!

So, like I said, I hope you get this on time, and I hope to see ya there!!
