B movies, stupid comedies, anything with Will Ferrell in his underwear (because if I said any movie he was NOT in his underwear, there would be NONE, unfortunately.) More movies: so many of the good ones were from the 80's! Short Circuit rules, the Money Pit, Sixteen Candles, Pretty in Pink, all those silly movies and others like them... I'll state the obvious and say the Lord of the Rings trilogy cuz I'm a geek, The Matrix minus the crappy 3rd one, Braveheart, almost any movie with Jet Li, and what I like just as much as cool movies are CARTOOOOONS!

I'm a guitarist (click to watch ANOTHER video) & used to also play bass but that's now reserved for the confines of my underground lair (recording studio). I'm actively playing in a band again and now that the MySpace is up to date, HERE IT IS - BLUE RAZOR RUST - based in the Chicago area. Some of my previous bands included
ARTISAN - guitars/vocals, RAPTURE - vocals/guitars, FAUSTUS (CA) - bass/vocals. Some clips from Rapture are available HERE! I've done session work and recording engineering...and stuff. Took a rest from 2005-2006 then moved from Los Angeles to Chicago. I spent a few months playing with a friend's band called Soul Joke. They were a bunch of fun guys who drink a lot of BEEEEEER (click for SJ on MySpace).
Another break from 2007-2008, not as much by will as by the lack of bands to slut in... all the rests/breaks are due to a chronic hand injury that started in 2003. The ligaments around my thumb got inflamed from playing guitar, but taking time off helped as much as it sucked, and I've been able to play again.

Who I'd like to meet: If you're adding me, you probably already know me. I've already met a lot of people I'd say I'd like to meet, so they're also in my friends list! The music scene is a small brotherhood (and sisterhood sometimes).

Just been on a "bands with Ray Alder" kick lately. :P This album is seriously catchy from the start, but the copy I have skips during a really cool part of a really cool song.

July, Aug 2008: I had surgery (I got betta..) and was spending more time playing video games than music, although when I was listening, I couldn't settle on an album. So there was a bunch of Dream Theater, Suffocation, Fear Factory, Queensryche, Testament..but no albums for those months in specific.
