The City of Lake Worth Florida proclaims
October 21st as Guitars Not Guns Day. The Mayor of Lake Worth ,
Jeff Clemens made the proclamation this past Sunday October 21 at
the first Guitars Not Guns Benefit Concert -Rock It Don’t Cock It! hosted
by South Shores Tavern in Downtown Lake Worth.

GuitarsnotGuns.Org was also in attendance. Ray drove his guitar car
down from Goergia . The Founder of Guitars Not Guns presented the
Florida Chapter's first students with guitars donated by Gibson, the
official sponsor of Guitars Not Guns

AN ALTERNATIVE TO THE VIOLENCE IN OUR SCHOOLS AND ON OUR STREETS
GUITARS NOT GUNS IS JUST BEGINNING TO BUILD A BASE HERE IN FLORIDA AND LAKE WORTH IS THE FOUNDATION.
GNG raised $720.00 during the Sunday October 21 2007 Fundraiser Concert.
