WHO WE ARE: Nelson fans inspired by Gunnar’s success on Celebrity Fit Club 3 started this board. We thought that a group created BY Nelson fans FOR Nelson fans would be a good idea.
WHO WE ARE NOT: We are NOT a group that hands out diets and exercise plans. We are NOT personal trainers.
WHAT WE DO: We provide a place to gather and share ideas, recipies, thoughts, feelings and support. We also have monthly chats ( On the Yahoo board) to check in with each other and to offer our encouragement and strength to those that need it.

Hey People. I haven't checked in lately. I am down to guesss what???? 125LB!!!!!! Yep I have stayed on track! I hope to loose 7 more pounds hopefully by the 20th of November, my birthday! So I will keep ya posted! Nelson Rocks!
Ok.... I steped on the scale today one week later and I lost 5 pounds!!!! Yay! I reached my target for the week. Now I am down to 140!!! Next week I hope to reach my target again and get down to 135! I will let you all know how I am doing.
To all. I ran three miles today and I am going for, four tomarrow. Yes it was really hard, but for only three days of working out, its pretty good to me. I am at 145 right now. I don't like that number!!! Oh by the way I am only telling people on this page my weight cause yall like Nelson as much as me and if Gunnar can tell the whole world how much he weighed then I can tell a few! My goal is to loose 20 pounds so that would put me at 125 which is good... but in my mind I would like to be 118. So when I get there (125) then I will work on the remaining 7 pounds. I will report next saturday on what the scale says and every week following... I am doing this as something for myself also you guys can be my pannel and I will step on that gaint "myspace" scale. Ok girl's I need some help! I'm at a stand still on my weight loss. With my Dad being in the Hospital and now at a rehab place. He had a stroke over three weeks ago. I have been working out five days a week and trying to walk as much as I can. If anyone has some advice ..ing me with my weight loss that would be greatly aprecated. OMG!!!!!!! I just got on a scale today for the first time in a while, and... its not good. Its not good at all. I am at 142.6 currently as of today, and I am not happy.
