I am a Refinery/Chemical plant worker by trade. I went to go look for work a few weeks ago, and I saw signs posted up at every Company that employs workers that work in Refinery's and Chemical Plants. The signs said "Are you ready for TWIC?" Well, I brushed it off, as not important, until I went to the 4th company that had the signs up. I then began to read about it.
