Over the past decade plus, Gunston Midas has written and recorded more songs than Robert Pollard wrote yesterday. Well, maybe not that many, but they have been busy. Guitar, bass, drums & vocals–it’s not exactly reinventing the wheel, but the last time I checked, my car has 4 of 'em and it gets me where I need to go. This is rock and roll music made by and made for rock and roll fans. The words rhyme, the cymbals crash, the power chords are, well, powerful for lack of a better word. Let’s hope they are successful in their quest to reintroduce the youth of America to music that matters.
