For me, it's not just
about technical skill and passionate performance. It's about the whole thing -
the lyrics, the attitude, the in-yer-faceness, the close-to-the-edgeness, the
bass pounding inside my throat, the drumbeat rising up through the floor and
thumping me in the stomach, the pulsating lights, the smell of sweat, the taste
of dry-ice...

Hey Gunther, not sure if I commented back or not I meant to, just in case, hell I'm not real good at this internet stuff, but great interview and good hearing from you. I'm now in Texas and picking a lot, going to Kentucky, to see Tommy Emmanuel, an outstanding master guitarist from Austrailia, I met him last night in Elizabethtown, Kentucky for Tommy Fest. Hope to make it back to Las Vegas at least for a visit, will try to look you up, good luck! Doc Dockery
