Gup-e is a British born Music Producer hailing from the East Midlands, Leicester. Gup-e is truly dedicated to his music and Works around a vast variety of genres ranging from Hip Hop, R&b, Funky House, Techno, Bassline, Dubstep, Drum & Bass & Asian influenced music such as Bhangra n Bollywood.

Gup-e has always been creative in all aspects as child. Performing on stage in a play or coming 1st in art Exhibitions at the age of 6. Gup-e expressed his passion for music by learning various types of instruments such as the Piano, Steel Pans, Dholki (Indian Drum,) He also joined his school choir, performing on a regular basis, improving his vocal techniques.

Later on at the age of 8, Gup-e came across production based software’s which he found great interest in. He started to educate himself the way music works together through the concept of structuring beats, melodies and rhythm,

As time went on, his knowledge of music expanded to a higher scale, He began to make simple remixes by adding an existing track and enabling it to sync in time another beat or instrumental. Gup-e started posting these remixes around over the internet and received tremendous feedback. This gave him the confidence and motivation to continue. Later on he started to release underground albums and began to mark his name in the music scene.

As his knowledge of music expanded, Gup-e began to create his own music. Starting off with simple kicks snares and hi hats. Progressing into complex productions including various types of rhythms, melodies and grooves.

Gup-e still till this day continues to enhance his production skills to a higher level, day by day learning new styles and techniques. The way Gup-e enables to make himself unique is by not hesitating to experiment with various genres. As he believes music should have no boundaries.

Gup-e began to establish his name and started to gain respect from many artists and began to build a fan base. After finishing from school in 2006. Gup-e made his mind that he shall pursue a career in the music industry, therefore signed up to study 'Sound Engineering' which has enabled him to understand the technicality of music.

Gup-e Past and recent recognitions of his success have been the frequent air play he has received on all major stations such as BBC Asian Network, 1Xtra, Sabras Radio along with many others. Gup-e was also very fortunate to be asked by The BBC to be featured on the FRICTION show taking part in a challenge named ''Reproduced,'' Which he without a doubt surprised the audiences and received tremendous feedback on.
