Who I'd like to meet: Waiting here in complete darkness as the ticks of the clock weigh down on my soul. So many things I must do but I lay here in complete darkness as time catches up with me breathing down my neck. There is no chill down my spine or goose bumps on my arm nothing as the clock ticks on. No fear, no pain or anxiety that one might feel, just my shallow breathing as the clock ticks on. gbm
I am participating in the American Lung Association's Healthy Air Walk because healthy air is vital to everyone. We all need Healthy Air to live, thrive and breathe!
Did you know that Californians breathe the unhealthiest air in the nation and that air pollution can cause or worsen lung disease?
I am involved with the American Lung Association because I am committed to improving air quality and to getting us closer to a world free from lung diseases such as asthma, lung cancer, emphysema or chronic bronchitis.
Thank you for your support as I participate in the American Lung Association’s Healthy Air Walk, on Sunday, October 4th at the University of California, Irvine (UCI) and raise money for this very worthwhile cause.
