... born in 1976 april 27, Guszti's adventure in music begins when his father buys him a tape recorder, the old-school Tesla. Starts listening to the tapes his father recorded for himself... LGT, Omega, Jeff Wayne's War of the Worlds, Zoran... Later in high school forgets all about lovely tunes and acoustic guitars and takes a dive in the corrosive metal sounds...Pantera, Helmet, Prong, Die Krupps, Biohazard...
Then one day he finds out from his informatics teacher that music can be produced with computers and softwares. -Dear Mother of Jesus and unfaithful wife of Joseph !!!!!!!! - shouts Guszti. - I must buy a computer... And so on and so on, he begins to make some loops and learns about software samplers, sequencers, synths, drum machines etc. Develops a friendship with Moenotronic, who is interested in Guszti's tunes. Moe offers him a gig at the Moenotronic's Pool Party in 2006... So there he is, he can think about an artist name. GusolinE... A combination between his name and the reason America is in Iraq (no, not peace and democracy or beautiful Iraqi women...). The gig is going well until GusolinE's love for deep basses wrecks the subwoofer... Moe is not angry he asks for a cigarette and tells Guszti that this is part of learning. Then applauses free beers and so on...
And then gigs in various locations in Romania and one in Budapest that was canceled... Right now GusolinE is working on his first album (for God knows how long), has some music projects and sometimes he's DJ-ing (some lovely 4/4 jazz tunes, break-beat, progressive house, drum and bass).
